Biography
Alejandro Rhode, Voice Over and On Air Personality for radio and television with more than 28 years of experience in audio-visual means. He began his career in Venezuela in Capital Radio 710 a.m. In 1980, he started as a host in programs like: The Venezuelan Hit Parade, Hot Mix, Only Millionaires, the Super Nights, the Afternoon Drive Show, and the Caracas Jazz Festival award winning program in the category of best Jazz program "C Side".
In 1988 he become a member of La Mega 107 FM as one of its founding voices. En 1990 is selected as voice over talent for promotions of Radio Caracas Television. In 1997 he was the voice of promotions of Circuito Union Radio News Network. Known by the development of dance programs like: Happy Rhode Hot Mix, Mix Factory and Planet Essential Selection.
At this moment he is the Anchor Voice for Promotions on Air for Circuito Onda an Union Radio Network. Producer, host in spanish and translator of international programs like the World Chart Show and American Top 40.
Host during two consecutive years, 97 and 98, of concerts that beat record of attendance in Venezuela, the called "Experiencias Rojas" “Red Experiences” sponsored by Coca Cola.
He was the anchor voice for 19 years of Sony Entertainment Television a channel of Sony Entertainment Pictures for Latin America Region and most recently he is the Anchor Voice for Promotions and Image On Air of BEIN Sports Spanish Feed in USA.
Voice Over for radio stations in Venezuela (Circuito Unión Radio AM y FM), Circuito Planeta FM (Venezuela), La Megaestación and Circuito Mega, Planeta FM (Colombia). CIRCUITO LA FM de RCN (Colombia), Cristal FM (Argentina), Cadena Radiozero y Carolina Network (Chile), Radio Cadena Hispanoamericana (Dominican Republic), Super Q FM (Dominican Republic), La Mega (Panama), La Mega (Ecuador). Anchor Voice for Actulidad Radio 1020 y 1040 Miami and many other Radio Stations in the United States.
In the recent past, he was one of the voices for Promotions On Air at TELEFUTURA Channel 69 a Univision Channel.
He has been selected as a VO talent for different international products and companies like: Barceló Rum, Baninter Bank (Dominican Republic), Vimenca Bank (Dominican Republic), Sofitasa Bank (Venezuela), Coconut Grove Bank (Florida, USA) Gillette, Toyota Trucks for the East Coast USA Market, LG Electronics, Coca-Cola (Colombia – Venezuela), AVON Cosmetics (Venezuela), CANTV (Venezuela), Verizon Wireless (USA), Florida Department of Health (USA), Sony Electronics (USA), Ford (Venezuela), University of Miami (USA) ,Santa Barbara Airlines (USA) , CELFIN CAPITAL (Chile) , Falabella (Chile) , Winters (Peru) , BIONAIRE (Colombia) and a long list of construction projects : Cabana Cay (USA), Azueros (Panama) among others.

In 1995 he was the first Venezuelan on air personality to cover live from Los Angeles the Grammy Award Ceremony for the Venezuelan audience, during the same year the MTV Awards in New York city and a month later he was transferred to Dublin to host the MTV Europe Music Awards for La Mega Network in Venezuela. In 1999 he is awarded by the Artist House Foundation as Disc Jockey of the year. Winner of other prestigious prizes and recognitions around the Latin America Region. Founder and CEO of Mix 58 Fm and President of Lights Up Productions a company dedicated to produce radio programs for radio and TV and as a consulting image company for different radio stations in the Latin American Region.
